Shipping Rates & Policy
U.S.
- Shipping Charges: All domestic U.S. orders will be charged an additional $8 for shipping.
- Shipping Carriers: Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
- Delivery Time: Shipments arrive 7-16 days from the order date. Allow up to two additional weeks if the order is placed during a sale.
International
- Shipping Charges: $25 flat rate for all international orders.
- Shipping Carriers: Orders will be shipped via UPS or DHL, and on rare occasions USPS.
- Delivery Time: Shipments typically arrive 7-16 days from the order date. Allow up to two additional weeks if the order is placed during a sale.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.
- Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed and are unable to cover them for customers. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery.
